Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. ★★Important★★ We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Truvi. You will have 24 hours after booking confirmation to complete the process, unless reservation is within 24 hours from check-in. If this is not completed within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled and our firm cancellation policy will apply. You will be required to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35). The damage waiver protects you in case accidental damage occurs during a booking up to $500. If this is not completed within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled and our firm cancellation policy will apply. We're located in a residential area very close to High Point University and there may be occasional noise beyond our control. Please know that we have measures in place to address any issues, and you can contact us via Airbnb if needed. High Point has a noise ordinance from 11pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment.

Guests may request a 1-hour late checkout (until 11:00 AM) for $30, subject to availability and approval. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Checkouts after 11:00 AM require booking an additional night, subject to availability. 6. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. 7. Additional Guests: Must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests incur a $75 per guest/night fee. 8. Glitter & Confetti: Not allowed. 9. Tape: Do not use tape on any surfaces, including walls and furniture. 10. Definitely recommend this home...well kept , pristine clean, comfortable space.y family enjoyed it for our fall break and visit to Kersey Valley Maize Adventure. Close to everything but in a peaceful neighborhood close to town! will stay again!

In town for my daughter's homecoming at NC A&T, we enjoyed our stay at the 'Farris House'. Our host Chris was very responsive, pleasant, and accommodating. The property is charming and quaint. Nice space, decor, and comfortable. We took advantage of every room and neighborhood with an enjoyable walk. Neighbors were also friendly and welcoming. I reccomend this property and would book it again.

Chris was very proactive in monitoring the ac unit from his app. He realized there was a problem before we even contacted him. He had ac service out twice to make sure it was repaired. Very attentive to our needs. Great host. 😊

Beautiful home. The upstairs bedroom is adorable and the bathroom is even cuter. our sons were perfectly comfortable in the two rooms downstairs and fully enjoyed the pool table in the basement. We were there for our oldest son's orientation at High Point University, and we felt right at home. We will definitely be staying with Chris again when we come to visit our son.

House was exactly like the pictures and description. Had absolutely everything we needed! Games in the basement were so nice to entertain the kids as well as the beautiful backyard. Beds were extremely comfortable and big. The added accommodations for small children were perfection. Chris was an incredible host. He answered any questions I had immediately. The house is literally 3 mins from High Point University and the Children’s Museum. My whole group enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to NC we know exactly where to stay!

I recommend using ride-sharing services: Uber or Lyft Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. While you are in walking distance to many wonderful places, you're car will still make it easier for you to access much of what this town offers. Both our driveway and street offer abundant parking.
